Office Angels Livingston have the pleasure of collaborating with one of the key players in the modern, corporate work-wear market, who are looking to offer a hardworking, meticulous and enthusiastic individual the opportunity to join an already thriving team working on a full time, temporary position for a minimum of 3 months. You will be working within their Head Office based in West Lothian. Office hours are Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.30pm, with a highly competitive pay rate.


The main duties of this role include but are not limited to: setting up new client agreements and keeping on top of any agreements that need updated; ensuring that monthly, quarterly and annual invoices are raised on a timely basis; ensuring that sales orders are raised on time in order to generate purchase orders for sub-contractors, and the completion of monthly reporting, ensuring that any finance queries are addressed accurately and promptly.


Skills and Experience required:



  • Experience working in a financial environment is highly preferred e.g., invoicing, accounts

  • Proven numeracy and literacy skills

  • Knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages

  • Must complete work with a high attention to detail

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Liaising and building strong relationships with other departments to ensure best practice and develop any new processes if required

  • Must be reliable, confident and enjoy going that extra mile!
