Job Title: Finance Administrator
Location: Near Canterbury
Salary: £23k-£25k
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm (1 hour for lunch) Some flexibility available, e.g. 8:30-4:30pm

A Global manufacturing organisation working within a team of 6 people, reporting to the Commercial Manager and General Manager in their office near to Canterbury

Your key responsibilities would be:
- Assisting the Commercial Manager with a variety of commercial and accounting activities
- Planning, pricing and arranging international transport and handling associated freight paperwork
- VAT returns for freight
- Creating and sending purchase orders
- Month end accounting activities
- Administrative duties include: scanning, filing, processing forms, writing minutes and meeting agenda's answering the phone, compiling manuals, ordering office supplies
Skills and experience required:
- Experience in accounts, ideally within manufacturing / engineering
- Accounting qualification desirable but not essential
- Experience using CRM/ERP
