Finance Administrator - 9th Nov Start

We are delighted to be working with a well established Poole based business in their search for an Accounts/Finance Administrator.


You will be working closely and one on one with the Finance Manager, as well as liaising with operations teams and customers, so you will need to be confident working with others and have a friendly disposition.


Role type: Temporary (on-going)


Hours: 9am - 5pm (can be flexible)


Location: Poole and the office is not easily accessible via public transport so access to your own transport is essential


Duties:



  • Data input (Quickbooks and Excel)

  • Invoicing

  • Purchase Ledger

  • Client correspondence - via phone and email

  • Assisting the Finance Manager with accounting tasks


You:



  • A quick learner and can pick up new systems quickly

  • Numerically minded

  • Confident with data input on Excel

  • A team player

  • Available for work from the 9th November on wards
