We have a new 12 month administration opportunity to start asap working in central Basingstoke
Hybrid working 4 days in the office, Fridays at home.
The role is to work in financial services supporting the collections and recoveries team, so previous finance experience or an interest in finance would be good
Duties include
* Raising daily invoices for customer distribution, by email and post.
* Maintaining and improve customer/client data.
* Managing and maintaining the team mailbox ensuring correspondence is responded to
* Handling in-bound telephone enquiries from main telephone number in a professional manner.
* Ensuring fees and late payment interest invoices are raised when due.
Ideally you will have a methodical approach to your work , have good attention to detail and be available to start work immediately
