Wow Factor: We are seeking a dedicated Payment Collection Specialist to join our clients team to support them as a Payment Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and chasing down outstanding payments, contributions, and donations to ensure the financial stability of their organisation.


Role: Finance Assistant



HOURS: 9am - 5.30pm



SALARY: £12-£14 per hour depending on experience



LOCATION: London

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES



  • Review and maintain accurate records of outstanding payments, contributions, and donations.

  • Contact individuals or organisations with overdue balances via phone, email, and other communication channels.

  • Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards while collecting outstanding payments.

  • Work with individuals to create payment plans or negotiate settlements to resolve outstanding balances.

  • Assist individuals in understanding the importance of their contributions to our religious organisation

  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and payment collection activities.

  • Generate regular reports to provide insights on payment collection progress and financial status.
