Location: Birmingham City Centre

Job type: Permanent Full Time

Salary: £22,000

Office Angels is recruiting for an experienced Facility Coordinator for a well-established client based in Birmingham City Centre. They will be dealing with the day-to-day running's of the building.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the Property Manager and Facilities Manager

  • Meet and greet all visitors.

  • Purchase orders and overseeing expenditure

  • Dealing with new licenses and renewals

  • Monitoring the health and safety system and ensure documentation is loaded correctly.

  • Carry out weekly window cleaning audit on Friday and ensure the sign off sheet is completed.

  • Manage the car park tracker system ensuring the spreadsheet information is up to date, this includes contact numbers, email addresses, number plates, colour code status and comments.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Packages

  • Good experience as an administrator

  • Knowledgeable in Health and Safety

  • Customer Service experience

  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

  • Experience working in Property and Facility Management (Required)
