Office Angels Livingston are collaborating exclusively with an innovative client who are looking for a Permanent FM Operations Manager based in Livingston. Salary range £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience plus benefits. Standard office opening hours are 9am - 5.30pm.


This is a critical role within the business and an excellent opportunity for an experienced FM Specialist ideally with previous Help Desk knowledge and contractor management experience preferably as you will collaborate with clients to create longstanding partnerships, built on exceptional customer service, improving efficiency's, and providing value. As Operations Manager you will be an essential part of the management structure and key to the successful growth of the business.



Responsibilities:



  • Overall management of in-house Help desk team

  • Implementation and monitoring of operational plans and strategy

  • Job order Management

  • Ensuring strict KPI's and Order Limits are met

  • Operational reporting

  • Supporting in the Logging, Dispatching, and tracking of job orders

  • Ensuring Client External portals are updated alongside in house CAFM systems

  • Oversee management of Planned Maintenance & Compliance Schedules

  • Purchase invoicing management

  • Financial reporting & Management of P&L, WIP and Credit control.

  • Training and Development of Staff

  • Support the business with Mobilisation and implementation of new contracts.

  • Support Key Account Manager on Contracted works
