Wow Factor: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a facilities manager to join our clients people department. The client is looking for someone who wants to thrive in a busy and changing environment. The role is to provide that support to help grow the business and make the office run smoother.



Role: Facilities Manager



HOURS: 9am - 5.30pm



SALARY: £18-£23 per hour depending on experience



LOCATION: London

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES


� You'll manage the upkeep of the THREE offices including our two London offices and the clients third We Work office based in Manchester


� You will also be responsible for managing our office-based cleaning teams


� Responsible for keeping risk assessments up to date and managing any issues that arise


� Responsible for opening and closing the London offices


� Responsible for managing the starters and leavers process, including but not limited to new starter office tours, delivering H&S/ DSE training as part of the new starter induction


� You will be responsible for reporting any accidents or incidents that happen in our offices in our Accident Book


� As we are a fast-growing company, you will arrange a future, coordinate office moves and office expansion


� You'll liaise with our landlords and building contractors when issues arise


� You will be responsible for ensuring the replenishment of breakfast items and fruit for our three offices (including any other stock requirements)


� Responsible for the management and upkeep of our meeting rooms and aircon units


� Responsible for organising incoming and outgoing post, as well as all deliveries and couriers when required


� You'll manage all our office suppliers and ensure each team has what they need to create a wonderful working environment


� You'll be responsible for our preferred suppliers list is up to date and reviewed regularly ensuring that our suppliers align with our renewable ethos


� So that we always have what we need, you'll conduct regular audits of our office supplies


� Plan our monthly drinks, social events and our summer and Christmas parties, team away days



PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES


� Experience in working with relevant stakeholders in maintaining and auditing a business continuity plan


� You will be responsible for the security of our three offices, with a particular focus on our two London based offices


� You will have experience in logging any accidents or incidents that happen in any of our offices in our Accident Book


� Experience or knowledge of general maintenance such as plumbing or electrics would be desirable (for example - maintaining air con units and organising trade support as and when required as well as managing and carrying out PAT testing)


� Proven experience in event planning - including but not limited to organising summer/ winter parties, team away days (including travel/ location/ catering/ budget), monthly social drinks, team lunches
