Facilities Manager - Exp only

We are recruiting for a very experienced Facilities Manager to work in Leicester and where the work orders will come into, you will be supported by the office team, as the Facilities Manager you will oversee all reactive maintenance requests which will come into the business for Electrical, Mechanical, and Construction.

As the Facilities Manager your working hours will be Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm however on occasion you might have to work additional hours to ensure the job is completed to the highest standards and every 6 weeks each Contract Manager will cover the reactive maintenance call outs over the weekend which is paid as extra

As the Facilities Manager each day will be different and you will need to manage your time effectively, so you must have a flexible approach as your duties will be to co-ordinate your team for all maintenance repairs and answering any questions to support the various contractors.

Must have experience within Maintenance Management

The ability to work to deadlines

Previous building/trade experience within the commercial sector.

Good communication skills to respond promptly and positively to requests

The position will require you to work independently (as well as within a team) so self-motivation is very important

Basic computer skills is required especially in Microsoft suite.

Clean UK driving Licence

Once successful in the role as the Facilities Manager you will get a company car, holiday allowance, and after 1 year company bonus achievements.
