Job Details:

  • Facilities Manager

  • £28,000 - £30,000 *Depending on experience

  • City of London - Office based

  • 09.00am - 17.00pm

  • Full time, permanent


  • Working closely with the Facilities team, providing them with support in all areas

  • Certifying that a top-quality service and atmosphere is delivered to all clients and visitors

  • Communicating with various Facilities teams to report any issues or problems

  • Setting up meeting rooms as required and guaranteeing relevant equipment is provided

  • Support with audits of meetings rooms, ensuring that all apparatus is operating correctly and is up to standard, reporting and noting any issues

  • Helping with logistics, preparation and operation for any transfer or changes where necessary

  • Always demonstrate excellent customer service and expertise

  • Help clients and visitors with any queries or issues they may have relating to on-site facilities


  • Previous experience within a facilities role is necessary

  • A background within professional/corporate services is required

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills

  • Hindi language skills are desirable

  • A highly organised individual with a 'can-do' attitude

  • The ability to effectively plan and prioritise

  • Excellent attention to detail and verbal communication skills

  • An IT literate individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
