Facilities Coordinator

Salary: £26,000-30,000

Location: West Hull

Permanent, Full-Time

Office Based

Proposed Start Date: November/December

The role:

  • Completing H&S checks around office building to ensure everything is compliant

  • Oversee and support with office moves and necessary works

  • Organise and support with general upkeep and office maintenance where applicable across company's estate

  • Ensure regular updates of necessary policies and procedures

  • Provide support to colleagues where necessary such as administration or front of house

  • Support Facilities Manager with projects or in their absence

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be an effective communicator, both written and verbally

  • Have good attention to detail

  • Be friendly and enthusiastic

  • Have a good phone manner

  • Be pro-active and ever-looking for more efficient ways of working

  • IOSH, First Aid or Fire Marshall qualifications/training preferred

  • Knowledge or background in H&S within an office environment

  • A full UK licence - travel to other sites is necessary

In return you will be entitled to:

  • An annual salary of between £26,000-30,000 depending on experience
