Job Title: Facilities Coordinator


Salary: £13.47 per hour, paid weekly.


Hours: 8.30am-4.30pm


Contract Length: 17/6/2024- 31/12/2024



Office Angels are currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator to help support our client in Motherwell.



Job Description:


Responsible for the delivery of services and processes supporting the core business and to provide the most suitable working environment for employees. To provide best practice, to improve efficiency by reducing operating costs and increasing productivity within Facilities Management. This role will provide both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to the premises and to ensure customer satisfaction targets are achieved in the most efficient manner. To act as primary contact for all matters relating to service for the day-to- day operation of the building.



Some duties may include:



  • Respond to client inquires and complaints. Ensures timely and quality service delivery to clients. Follows up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Performs facilities inspections and prepares reports as required.

  • Support/Monitor 3rd party maintenance supplier activities when required and report any corrective works arising.

  • Manages vendor relationships and trains vendors on work order and billing procedures. Processes invoices and ensures proper cost centre coding.

  • Report all accidents, occupational illnesses, and emergencies in relevant books/documentation and completes associated admin tasks.

  • Ensure all contractors, under sphere of control, operate within appropriate QHSE processes and client HSE standards.

  • To adhere to the Maintenance Management system in all engineering practices, including planned and reactive tasks, to meet and exceed the expectations of GRP, and agreed service level agreements.

  • Carryout all works in an appropriately health and safety conscious manner following material safety instructions and using, permits to work, risk assessments, method statements where appropriate to do this.

  • Follow standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance.

  • To perform admin duties, raising PO's, filing, and updating of E Logbooks
