Facilities Assistant - Temp to perm

Manchester City Centre

£10.35 per hour

35 hours per week

8am - 4pm/8.30am - 4.30pm

Office Angels are currently recruiting for Facilities Assistant to work for our not for profit client based in Manchester City Centre. This role will be a mix between front of house, facilities and document services.

Duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors

  • Dealing with post and deliveries

  • Ensuring printing is directed to the correct room

  • Managing visitor passes

  • Answering telephone calls and escalating major issues

  • Dealing with any facilities queries from the building

  • Setting up meeting rooms including furniture and audio visual equipment

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Previous experience in a front of house role with facilities duties

  • Excellent communication skills including face to face

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to organise your own workload effectively and meet deadlines

  • Ability to work with different groups and establish credibility with stakeholders
