Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours



Excellent benefits including: 20 days holiday along with 3 additional days over Christmas depending on company performance, discretionary bonuses, free on-site parking.



My client, a successful facilities and property management company based in South Woodham Ferrers, is looking for a Facilities Administrator due to expansion.



Duties:



  • Saving all invoices that come into the business.

  • Assist in preparation of site meeting agendas.

  • Dealing with call outs and liaising with contractors

  • Chasing, checking and ensuring all paperwork in support of invoices is accurate and correct.

  • Weekly chasing of servicing contracts.

  • Assisting in creating completion certificates for major works.

  • Issuing invoices to clients for payment.

  • Assist in setting up all new services

  • Saving and cataloguing of paperwork.

  • Liaising with accounts for statement of account.

  • Collating outstanding Quotation Analysis' & Quotation requests.



Skills and experience:



  • Very high attention to detail on chasing minor works.

  • Experience of achieving organisational targets and service improvement.

  • Understanding of customer care and quality issues.

  • Ability to self-motivate and work proactively on own initiative.

  • A "can-do" attitude and approach to work.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to develop long term relationships with clients.

  • Good IT skills including MS Office applications and the use of property management software.

  • Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining attention to detail.

  • Ability to adapt style and approach dependant on audience.
