Role: Facilities Administrator- 3-6 month contract (Part time 12 -16 hours a week)

Office Angels have teamed up with a forward thinking, dynamic client who are in the manufacturing industry, are looking to recruit a Facilities Administrator. This role is a busy role and based in the office. You will join an established team of individuals who are hardworking, have excellent communication skills as well as enjoying developing within this company and sector.
The day to day duties in your new job will be….
Working 4-5 hours a day 3 days a week in the office approx. 12 -16 hours a week.
Looking after the office administration.
Ordering stationery
Organising catering when needed
Organising annual events and the Christmas party
Managing the cleaning contract
Generally looking after the building, if a door breaks it's organising someone to fix it.
Managing the store cupboard
Making sure all kitchen equipment and ensuring there is always tea and coffee faculties available and topped up.
The role would suit someone who is extremely organised and likes to get involved!
