Job Title: Export & Logistics Manager

Location: Margate

Salary: £50k - £70k DOE

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm, Friday 8:30am - 1pm, with � an hour for lunch, 36 and � hours a week

Key responsibilities within your new role would be to:

  • Providing a First-Class Customer and Sales Support Service to all customers at all times

  • Manage and develop the Export and Logistics team; setting individual objectives, monitoring performance and conducting regular team meetings

  • Ensuring each situation is dealt with through to resolution efficiently, professionally and in a timely manner

  • Accountable for the completion of all export documentation and legal compliance

  • Liaise with the 3rd party warehouse re dispatching of goods

Experience and skills required for this position:

  • Logistics/Customs/Shipping experience

  • Up to date working knowledge on current logistics and export legislation is essential �

  • Working knowledge of Commercial Invoices, VAT, Incoterms, and general customs delivery paperwork

  • Comfortable getting hands on and managing paperwork

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task

  • First class customer service skills

  • The ability to react to changing situations, i.e. problems that arise outside standard processes
