Experienced Recruitment Co-ordinator - Immediate Start Date

Role: Recruitment Advisor



Our Client is looking for a confident Recruitment Advisor to work with their Recruitment team and hiring managers in all aspects of recruitment.

HOURS: 9am - 5pm



SALARY: £14-£18 per hour Depending on Experience



LOCATION: London

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES



  • To own, with support from the Head of Recruitment, an inclusive recruitment process which results in the best talent being hired

  • To build strong and effective relationships with hiring managers, working in partnership with business areas and Head of Recruitment, to attract and hire the best talent, inclusively, building a reputation as the go-to, trusted expert on all recruitment-related matters.

  • Owning the recruitment process [from sign off - to job briefing - to offer - to acceptance stage], filling roles with high quality candidates, hired inclusively.

  • Establishing strong relationships with dedicated business areas: understanding, and supporting the recruitment needs of the team, developing the skills to anticipate needs and influence and challenge decisions, and building a reputation as the trusted advisor, able to adapt and flex approach for differing roles, teams and candidates.

  • Guiding and advising managers to recruit the best talent, inclusively, working with the Head of Recruitment to work through any concerns, issues or complex situations, including how best to offer challenge and influence decisions.



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Some experience of working in a recruitment agency, RPO or In-house recruitment environment.

  • Some experience in offer negotiations

  • Proven stakeholder and candidate management experience

  • Exposure to using applicant Tracking systems, or similar

  • Previous experience of using MS office suite, or similar
