Job Details:

  • Executive Property Analyst

  • £25,000 - £30,000 + Commission (OTE £45,000 - £50,000 for a mid-top performer)

  • Uncapped Bonus!

  • City of London

  • Monday - Friday (9:00am - 6:00pm) Early Friday finish at 4:30pm + 1 x Saturday & 1 x Sunday 10am - 4pm per month (You will receive � holiday in lieu and the following Friday off when you work Sunday)

Job Spec:

  • Follow up warm leads with potential customers via telephone

  • Managing warm leads - no cold calling involved

  • Understand customer circumstances/requirements over the phone and identify the need for a quick sale

  • Encourage customers to sign up with the company to sell their property

  • Build up initial relationships with the customer

  • Update company software in order to keep organised

  • Strong communicating, building relationships and making sales

  • Achieve key business KPI's

  • Working individually and as part of a wider team


  • Any experience within sales, call centre, property or customer service would be ideal

  • Someone who wants a career and be in control of their earnings

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Confident on the phones, resilient and be able to handle customer objections

  • Highly organised, focused and target driven

  • Confident, resilient, articulate, and outgoing individual

  • Must be ambitious, willing to learn and eager to progress within the company

  • Able to build strong relationships with clients and offer exceptional customer service

  • Friendly, personable, and excellent team player.
