An outstanding opportunity to join an extremely successful, reputable and international corporate business within a high profile Personal Assistant role, based in the heart of Surrey.


A prestigious opportunity suited to a PA who has previous experience supporting at Director/Chair level. You will be energetic with a friendly and positive and professional demeanour and able to support with the highest level of integrity and commitment.

Sounds interesting?...Daily duties include:



  • Undertake a variety of administrative, clerical and managerial tasks

  • Full email management

  • Exposure to project work, both varied and complex tasks

  • Managing diaries, organising meetings and appointments in different time zones

  • Acting as a 'Core' support system within the company and being the first point of contact

  • Dealing with all correspondence and phone calls for the Chairman

  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation for the Chairman and his teams

  • Organising events and conferences

  • Reminding the Chairman of important tasks and deadlines

  • Scheduling board meetings and creating, designing, and preparing agendas, board packs, minutes and presentations for board meetings

  • Managing databases and filing systems


To be successful in this role you'll have:



  • At least 5 years' experience delivering PA support at director level within a corporate environment.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and IT literate

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

  • Discretion and trustworthiness, dealing with confidential information

  • Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Extremely organised and can prioritise, think on their feet and use their initiative.
