Executive Assistant to Managing Director

WOW FACTOR: Our INTERNATIONAL HIGH PROFILE client based in the heart of London city is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their rapidly growing team. The right candidate will have a professional presence and extensive experience supporting at C-Suit level. The ideal candidate will have a background in Insurance or Financial Services.

SALARY:
£50,000 - £55,000 *Depending on experience + Annual Bonus and Excellent Company Benefits

Heart of London City - Close to Bank Tube Station

**The ideal candidate will have project management experience and qualifications.



DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • 1:1 secretarial support for the MD and Senior Management Team

  • Extensive diary management and scheduling

  • High volume of correspondence and inbox management

  • Creating schedules and itineraries which are constantly changing and varying

  • Managing all incoming calls and passing on concise messages

  • Arranging internal and external meetings and conference calls across time zones

  • Organise and support Executive Board meetings

  • Supporting management with the creation of presentations

  • Project management support

  • Liaise with the HR Operational team regularly on behalf of the MD

  • Event management

  • Ad hoc administration duties to support the MD and Senior Management Team



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Minimum 5 years in an Executive role in an insurance/financial services firm

  • MUST have supported at C-Suite level previously

  • MUST have worked in a fast paced and corporate environment

  • Experience in Project Management would be ideal

  • MUST have strong knowledge of all MS Office Packages. Including, TEAMS and PowerPoint

  • Programmes: Adobe Acrobat, Visio, MS Access and Survey Monkey applications.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • Very strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

  • Ability to work amongst a fast paced environment dealing with multiple projects at once

  • Professional manner, flexible, personable, resilient and goal orientated
