Role: Executive Assistant

Office Angels have teamed up with a forward thinking, dynamic client who are in the manufacturing industry, are looking to recruit a Executive Assistant. This role is a busy role and you can work from home and in the office. You will join an established team of individuals who are hardworking, have excellent communication skills as well as enjoying developing within this company and sector.
The day to day duties in your new job will be….
Full inbox management, responding to, and dealing with emails where appropriate.
Be the first point of contact for CEO meeting requests and determine priority of matters of attention for the CEO
Full diary management to ensure best use of time, planning and arranging meetings.
Assist the CEO in the production and distribution of reports, presentations and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
Attend all leadership meetings and document and circulate minutes on a timely basis and follow up on all outstanding actions.
Preparing documents for the CEO's approval along with the relevant supporting documentation.
Ad hoc activities, such as raising PO's, holiday trackers, preparing and reconciling expense reports, meeting room management including booking meeting rooms and lunch where appropriate.
Making CEO travel arrangements as required, including for European office staff visiting head office - and managing all itineraries effectively. Using initiative where required to amend or alter meetings in line with business operations and needs.
Organise and deliver complex events against time sensitive deadlines.
Take the lead on or actively participate in both individual and company projects
Maintain confidential and sensitive information.

Skills & Competencies
|
Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to solve problems independently and be solution driven.
Proactive and an intuitive thinker with the ability to adapt to changing needs whilst remaining calm under pressure.
High attention to detail, strong networking skills, business acumen and credibility.
A high standard of planning and organisational skills.
Experience of driving stand-alone projects will be advantageous.
Discretion and Confidentiality is essential.
