Our client who offers exceptional service within the luxury fashion sector is looking for a experienced Executive Assistant to join their team. You will be working directly with the CEO as their Executive Assistant, providing essential support as their business scales. There is huge scope for personal and professional development.

  • You will be working for this start-up company who are offering an amazing basic salary of £50,000k

  • 5 mins from the station

  • Working hours 8.30am- 5.30pm

This is a brilliant opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of luxury, and to help grow a brand with international ambitions in a critical role on the front-line. You will be solving a genuine problem for people who lack time, in a way that no business has been able to before.

What responsibilities can you expect?

CEO Support

  • Diary management including scheduling meetings and managing travel itineraries.

  • Providing support to the CEO in email communications and taking minutes in meetings where required.

  • Working alongside the CEO to ensure they are effectively prioritising tasks.

  • Undertaking research and forward planning to ensure the CEO is briefed for approaching key deadlines and is well prepared and briefed in advance of meetings and events.

  • Supporting meeting preparation; agenda and pre-reading distribution, presentation documents

  • Being familiar with the CEO's views and objectives, and positively conveying them both internally and externally.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with the CEO's key contacts and their offices.

  • Ensuring that the team follows appropriate procedures outlined by the Compliance Director.

  • Organising and managing team off-sites, events and activities; following adequate budgets, researching best options, coordinating logistics and managing invoices.

  • Being the first point of contact for any office management related questions and requirements.

  • General administrative responsibilities such as shared drive admin, expenses, post.

  • Communicating with candidates, internal and external stakeholders.

  • Greeting and assisting visitors.

What skills and qualities do we require?

  • Experience in an assistant role in a high growth company.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, well presented and confident working with C-suite executives.

  • Highly organised and efficient.

  • A high attention to detail and exceptional people skills is essential.

  • Ability to multi-task whilst working in a high pressure, fast paced environment.

  • Competent problem solver.

  • Trustworthy, hardworking and with a keen desire to help and support others.

  • Able to effectively demonstrate a high level of discretion and professionalism in previous roles in handling highly confidential and sensitive information.

  • Experience with Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Gmail.
