If you are an experienced EA with a background in banking, finance, and team assistance, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly reputable company in the heart of London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Director, ensuring their day runs smoothly and efficiently

  • Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements

  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion

  • Preparing professional business correspondence and presentations

  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects and conducting research as required

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Team Assistant within the finance industry

  • Strong organisation and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
