Office Angels Livingston are collaborating with our highly successful client who are looking for an Executive Assistant to support on both a business and personal level, based in East Calder. The role can be offered as full time or part time, salary up to £34,000 (pro rata if part time) depending on experience and the role is a hybrid working model. Preferred hours would be minimum 24 hours per week part time or 37.5 hrs full time, however the client will be flexible for the right candidate.



Role Overview


As Executive Assistant you will be responsible for delivering full administrative and personal support Executive level. Our client are highly successful Directors of multiple businesses and have an incredibly busy household which you will help organise, in-depth diary and travel management, email and correspondence across all businesses, positively impacting on their overall effectiveness, and ultimately assisting them in the delivery of their roles and family life. You will also be involved in specific projects and/or event management.



Duties include:



  • Provide first class support ensuring that the Directors are prepared across the whole remit of meetings, businesses, and personal/family life.

  • The role includes a full range of administrative internal and external correspondence duties, diary, travel management and planning responsibilities on behalf of the individuals the role is supporting on both a professional and personal level.

  • Proactively support, research, and provide solutions & answers to help with the Directors active 'to do' lists both on a professional and personal/family level.

  • Manage work diary and integration with personal diary and seeing through all aspects of managing the day to day personal and professional life from start to finish.

  • Collate diaries and manage a diverse set of business and personal objectives, projects and assist in the day to day running of both business and personal objectives.

  • Assist in arranging, coordination of specific events as and when required including all business correspondence.


Skills and Experience required:




  • Entrepreneurial spirit and willing to take on a variety of tasks on both a personal and business level



  • Proven PA experience at board/SMT level

  • Excellent knowledge of MO365 Including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and SharePoint

  • Experience of minute taking and preparation of board agendas and distribution of board papers

  • First class communication and relationship building skills

  • A dynamic and experienced PA with a proactive 'can do' attitude that does not shy away from a challenge
