Great Opportunity to work for a Consultancy Practice based near Guildford. Immediate start


Looking for someone that will provide high quality personal and administrative assistance to the CEO and Chairman as well as ad-hoc support to the wider team.


You will have proven experience of providing executive support at Director level, managing and organising busy workloads, strong prioritising skills along with Excellent English language and Grammar skills.







RESPONSIBILITES



  • Manage the CEO's & Chairman's calendars, email and post.

  • Manage travel arrangements [includes multi-country travel].

  • Take minutes of meetings, if required.

  • Monitor and maintain progress on projects for the CEO.

  • Liaise with clients at all levels.

  • Undertake ad hoc projects, as directed.


EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS


Essential



  • Proven experience of providing executive support at Director level, ideally 5 years plus

  • Proven experience of organising and managing a busy workload with the ability to plan and prioritise Director workloads as well as your own.

  • Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent English language and grammar skills


Desirable



  • Experience in a legal/accounting/tax/professional services firm would be a bonus.

  • Worked in an international environment.

  • Taking minutes.
