Location: Shoreditch


Hybrid: 4 days in, 1 day from home!


Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time


Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE

About Our Client:

Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant Business Manager to support their CEO in managing key relationships, driving corporate development activities, and ensuring seamless executive operations. This is a critical role for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.



Responsibilities:




  • Oversee and strengthen relationships with key partners

  • Ensure regular engagement and follow-up with strategic partners to drive long-term collaboration

  • Prepare briefing materials and reports for the CEO's key external meetings



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Board, investors, and other key stakeholders

  • Coordinate and prepare Board materials, investor updates, and executive reports

  • Manage communication between the CEO and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities



  • Oversee the CEO's external engagements, including speaking opportunities, media appearances, and industry events

  • Draft speeches, presentations, and thought leadership content

  • Ensure consistency in messaging across public and private engagements



  • Proactively manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring optimal prioritisation of meetings and travel

  • Coordinate high-level meetings, including agenda setting, minutes, and follow-ups

  • Handle confidential and time-sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism



  • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic initiatives

  • Conduct market research and prepare business cases for growth opportunities

  • Support the CEO in commercial discussions and negotiations



Requirements (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):




  • Experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a similar high-performance environment

  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, draft high-quality content, and represent the CEO effectively

  • Proven track record of managing complex schedules, projects, and relationships

  • Understanding of corporate strategy, business development, and stakeholder management

  • Ability to handle confidential matters with the highest level of integrity

  • A self-starter who anticipates needs, solves problems, and ensures seamless execution of tasks
