We are currently recruiting for a prestigious company in Bromley, who are seeking an Executive Assistant for their team. The main purpose of this role is to provide administration support, diary management, proof reading, and producing reports for the executive team.



Duties include:




  • Manage, co-ordinate and forward plan travel arrangements, work schedule, diary and correspondence including filtering incoming calls/emails/mail



  • Draft and edit reports, letters and papers as required to a very high standard. Carry out research to supplement reports with additional information so they are of the highest standard



  • Take necessary actions to ensure deadlines for responses are met



  • To deal with highly sensitive information in a strictly confidential and professional manner, monitoring progress to follow-up action to ensure all items are dealt with



  • Undertake project work as required, including undertaking background research and presenting findings



  • Arrange internal and external meetings, prepare papers and draft minutes as required



  • Follow up on actions agreed in the meetings including prioritising and researching matters and conveying action points



  • Maintain accurate and up to date records and files and all other relevant data supporting the main office



  • Review systems, processes and procedures and make recommendations to improve current practice



  • To check and update policies and procedures electronically on SharePoint



  • To work flexibly to meet agreed deadlines and targets



  • To assist at promotional events/induction/open evenings as required



  • As the first port of call in the executive team you will be welcoming, able to assist visitors and follow the company's ethos



We are looking for the following attributes:



  • Confident user of all Microsoft packages

  • Experience in high level administration / executive level assistance

  • Ability to note take at meetings

  • Ability to work under pressure and to the needs of the business

  • Confidentiality in all work



As this role is based in an education environment you will need to hold an in-date DBS certificate, on the update service. You will be able to work with children and vulnerable adults.
