As an Executive Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Administration Manager and Regulatory & Pupillage Manager in the smooth running of our client's chambers and their pupillage process. Your main duties will include:


πŸ“… Diary Management: Efficiently manage the diaries of senior management team members, including scheduling internal, external, and virtual meetings.


✈️ Travel Coordination: Assist with business travel arrangements, including accommodations and visa applications.


πŸ“š Market Research: Conduct research in the legal sector and produce briefing notes for marketing trips.


πŸ“‡ Barrister Contact Management: Oversee and maintain complete barrister contact records.


πŸ“ Meeting Support: Schedule and take minutes for various internal and practise group meetings.


πŸ’Œ Correspondence: Manage incoming and outgoing verbal and written correspondence, including filing documentation.


πŸ“‹ General Administration: Provide administrative support across various functions as required.


Qualifications and Experience:


To qualify for this role, you should have previous experience in professional support and possess excellent organisational and multitasking skills. Additionally, strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential.
