Position: Operations Administrator / Excel Administration
Location: Cheltenham. GL51 area - fully office based
Term: 6 months fixed contract with potential to extend dependant on work load and project end dates
Hours: Full time Monday - Friday - flexible working hours but to meet 37 hours per week
Salary: £23,100 per annum

You will work as part of a collaborative team within a non-profit organisation as they transition from being a paper based business and embrace the digital world.

About the role

  • Processing data from a variety of departments and ensuring they are input with accuracy onto a new spreadsheet and functioning as required

  • Use Excel to a high level over long periods of time (around 90% of the role is based on excel) with the ability to use key functions such as sort, filter,various look-ups and creating pivot tables

  • Providing general administrative support to the team and wider business network

This role allows you to be flexible on your start and end times as long as 37 hours are completed over 5 days.
