Office Angels are looking for an Exams Coordinator to join a successful and fast-operating client based in the London Bridge area.

London Bridge | Permanent | Full-Time | £21k p/a | Office Based | Must be available to start immediately


Responsibilities:


The post holder will be responsible for:



  • Accurately receiving, processing and fulfilling orders from Approved Programme Providers

  • Generating and issuing documentation in line with the department KPIs

  • Dispatch certificates and badges to meet agreed target deadlines

  • Ensure that all relevant comments, views and opinions from customers are recorded and fed into the relevant planning and review cycles

  • Maintaining the store room, copy typing, photocopying and assisting with mail outs


Requirements for the role:



  • Must be immediately available to start a new role

  • Excellent Microsoft office skills, Excel is essential

  • Confident communicator both written and verbal

  • Organised and confident

  • Happy to commute to the London Bridge area
