Job: Events & Marketing Manager (12 Month Contract)

Hours: 09.00am-17.00pm (Flexible)

Start: ASAP - Willing to wait notice period

Salary: £36,000 - £39,000 *Depending on experience

Location: Walking distance from Fenchurch Street station. (Hybrid working)

  • Generate and advance event marketing campaigns

  • Applying event marketing plans in partnership with project team members

  • Plan and implement campaigns

  • Handling the construction and publication of all event marketing

  • Contributing to regular preparation meetings

  • Organising event marketing campaigns with wider marketing purposes

  • Collaborate with Head of Events and Events Manager

  • Deal with social media for advertising and events

  • Reporting and analysing marketing data

  • Monitoring and informing on competitor activity


  • A relevant marketing degree* or equivalent

  • Previous experience within events and marketing

  • Experience within a professional services environment

  • The ability to communicate with all levels or seniority and various stakeholders

  • Experience using CRM tools and marketing systems

  • Outstanding writing skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Collaborative, adaptable, confident and positive working attitude
