Events Exec - Temp Role

Our client, a prestigious membership organisation, are seeking an Events Executive to join their team on a temporary basis.

This is a great opportunity to work alongside other executives, marketing and learning development specialists within the team. With the help of the team, you will be responsible for planning and delivery of the events.

Role Length: 1 month

Role: Events Executive - Temp Role

Days: Monday - Friday (hybrid)

Hours: 9am - 5pm

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Central London (Closest station Chancery Lane)

Pay: £13 - £17 per hour depending on experience

DUTIES:

• Planning and delivery of in person, digital and hybrid educational events


• General responsibilities within the events team


• Support the troubleshooting of delegate enquiries.


• Prepare handouts, delegate packs, badges, and any other resources.


• Issue attendance certificates and feedback forms after events and courses.


• Liaise with venues, speakers, and other contractors e.g., e-ticketing providers and AV providers, to ensure the successful delivery of events.
