Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (Flexible options available)

An exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Events Coordinator to join a well established business that is really making a difference!


The role will initially be a temporary 9 month FTC however may have the opportunity to go permanent for the right person!


You will play a pivotal role in supporting with the Events and Volunteer Planning, assisting with the set up and execution of the Volunteer process throughout for the duration of the companies events.


Your new role will involve building relationships with volunteers that have registered, sourcing new organisation and companies, taking responsibility for key volunteer checks, Production, preparation, packing of all volunteer materials and assisting the Support Team with the volunteer enrolment process.


Sounds interesting?...Daily duties include:



  • Ensuring that all adverts and promotions, are live an up to date

  • Using existing contacts by providing groups of volunteers, to engage with the charity and re-establish the relationship

  • Being actively aware of seeking best value and alternative cost effective methods of attracting volunteers the events

  • Ensuring that all stock records are accurately kept at all times

  • Ensure the highest standard of work is maintained at all times

  • Attend relevant meetings as required


To be successful in this role you'll be:



  • Knowledge of CRM

  • Intermediate Excel skills (Basic use of formulas)

  • Proficient user in Microsoft Office packages

  • Good communication skills

  • Able to face issues in a calm and professional manner
