Job Title: Events & Business Coordinator

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 per annum

Our client are a reputable organisation seeking a dynamic and experienced Events & Business Coordinator to join their expanding team. They are committed to delivering high-quality events that leave a lasting impression while promoting their key objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute a wide range of events, including conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and networking events
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, travel, and accommodation arrangements
- Manage event budgets, ensuring effective cost control and value for money
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop event promotion strategies and materials
- Support with running training courses and work efficiently on delivery
- Support the team in administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining databases
- Assist with post-event evaluation and reporting
Essential (Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience):
- Proven experience in event management, demonstrating excellent organisational skills and a high attention to detail
- Strong ability to multitask and juggle priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in using event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Desirable (Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience):
- Previous experience in arranging events and managing travel arrangements
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques
