Office Angels are looking for a switched-on Events Administrator to join a creative Global Event Management company based in London Bridge.



Our client is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic administrator to join their Events team to oversee and support their company processes.



£12ph - £13ph | 9:00am - 5:30pm | Monday to Friday | Hybrid Working Available | 4-6 weeks On-going with potential to go permanent

Main Responsibilities



  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email

  • General admin tasks such as tracking reports and updating databases

  • Liaising with recruitment

  • Liaising with Finance on various requests (credit card, expenses, etc)

  • Meeting & Greeting visitors

  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms

  • Arranging travel and accommodation

  • Arranging post and deliveries

  • Ordering stationary and holding out regular stock checks



Requirements



  • Strong Administration experience

  • Knowledge of MS packages, Outlook, Excel, Word etc.

  • Strong stakeholder management experience

  • Good attention to detail and very organised

  • Excellent communication skills
