JOB TYPE: Event Producer
TERM: Maternity cover - 12 month contract

HOURS: 9.00am - 5.00pm | Monday - Friday
SALARY: £30,000 + BENEFITS
LOCATION: Office based in Barbican - Hybrid working

Could this be your next career move?
- Designing, planning, delivering, evaluating, and reporting on in-person and virtual events part of the business support programmes
- Owning projects end-to-end and being invested in achieving measurable
- Proactively engaging with a range of stakeholders, including, but not limited to, programme funders, attendees, clients, suppliers, sponsors, partners, internal and external programme delivery teams to support the planning and delivery of your events and programmes.
- Operating within the project budget, managing income and expenditure, and always achieving the best value for money.
- Reporting on your projects' progress, outcomes and KPIs
Is this you?
- Business event management (proven track record)
- Virtual event systems management experience (proven track record).
- Strong negotiating abilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using event registration platform and online forms.
- Experience using CRM and automation tools for events
