Oa Liverpool Street are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing Fintech company in The City. They are well established and one of the leading businesses in the field of risk management.


This is an excellent opportunity for an Event Specialist to join their growing UK office. They are seeking a passionate, energetic and enthusiastic Events Coordinator to manage the full cycle and drive success of the company events.


DUTIES:



  • Manage all aspects of the events process, from planning to delivery as well as post event follow up and analysis

  • Managing online events and keeping updated with the latest and most suitable technology to provide a good event experience

  • Researching and securing event speakers

  • Creating and maintaining event webpages, overseeing online and on - site registrations

  • Book venues, catering, audio - visual and related equipment and materials

  • Developing mail-shots and client marketing lists using internal CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)

  • Support sales team prepare PowerPoint presentations

  • Help write and submit entries for industry awards

  • Provide general marketing support to ensure the functionality and co-ordination of the department's activities


ESSENTIAL:



  • Degree in marketing, business or related field.

  • Basic marketing experience in an internship or full-time role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritise workload

  • Creative, motivated and a good work ethic
