Position: European Client Support Specialist (German Speaking)
Location: Reading - RG2
Hours: Full Time, Permanent position, Monday - Friday 9-5:30

Are you a fluent German speaker looking to work for an international company with excellent benefits where their employees are at the centre of everything they do?
You will need to be able offer outstanding customer and client support to the company European client base through email and telephone support.
About the role
- Speaking with clients based in Germany and Turkey to ensure queries are resolved in a timely manner
- Using the internal database to keep all queries up to date
- Reporting of data finds in relation to the customers you're speaking to
- Providing language support within the team including translations
- Support customers on the training of their products
About You
- Be fluent in speaking and writing in German to a native level
- Have a strong level of written and spoken English
- You will need to have had relevant experience with talking to clients and customers
- Be able to work to tight deadlines and enjoy working at pace
- Have a confident telephone manner
This role is available from May so interviewing will commence in March.
