Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with the Sales and Design teams to assess customer requirements and provide accurate cost estimates

  • Conduct detailed analysis of project specifications, including materials, labour, and equipment costs

  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely quotations to clients, ensuring adherence to company pricing guidelines

  • Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients to clarify project details and address any concerns

  • Monitor project progress and update cost estimations as necessary

  • Continuously identify process improvements to enhance estimating efficiency and accuracy


Desired Skills and Qualifications:



  • Proven experience as an Estimator would be ideal!

  • Alternatively, experience dealing with quotes and an understanding of labour costs

  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications

  • Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to cost estimation

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with clients

  • Proficient in using estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
