Job Details:



  • Estate Agency Administrator (London City)

  • £22,000 - £25,000 + Commission (OTE £40,000 - £45,000)

  • City of London

  • Monday - Friday (9:00am - 6:00pm) and every second Saturday Remotely from 9am - 3pm



Job Spec:



  • Answering calls and enquiries

  • Qualifying and registering applicants and booking viewings

  • Arranging viewings and coordinating schedule for the week

  • Managing day-to-day viewings, ensuring attendance, calling, and rearranging where necessary

  • Supporting with admin such as forms, AML Requirements, vendor updates etc.

  • Working efficiently and effectively to push through viewings

  • Managing and building relationships over the phone



Requirements:



  • Experience / Base knowledge in the UK Property Market

  • Exceptional phone manner - strong communication skills

  • Speaking clearly and confidently

  • Driven and motivated to earn commission

  • Able to work in a fast-paced high energy environment

  • Be able to work under pressure

  • Relationship building

  • Strong team player
