JOB TITLE: Equality, Diversion & Inclusion Lead (EDI)


HOURS: Part-Time (2.5 days a week)


START: ASAP - Willing to wait notice period


SALARY: Up to £50,000 (Part-Time equivalent)


LOCATION: City of London

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Provide ED&I expertise; act as the principal owner and face of the firm's commitment to making everyone feel able to bring their whole selves to work

  • Own and further develop the ED&I action plan, which includes targets, measures, and progress reporting

  • Coordinate, support, and project manage the current ED&I workstreams

  • Support the implementation of ED&I policies, procedures, guidelines, practices, and behaviours to improve outcomes for existing and potential employees

  • Work with relevant teams to select, coordinate and drive ED&I-specific training

  • Account manage external providers of ED&I solutions​

  • Monitor the efficacy of initiatives and focus the firm on issues and blockages

  • Work within the People team to integrate ED&I into all other aspects of the firm's People strategy


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a global context

  • Ability to demonstrate a track record of prior success in implementing successful ED&I projects

  • Some exposure to working within an international organisation would be preferable

  • Strong project management skills​

  • Previous experience in the development and implementation of programs and policies

  • Confident, personable, persuasive, and tenacious

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Comfortable working strategically and operationally

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong communication skills - specifically the ability to engage effectively with people at all levels in the business
