Entry Level/Trainee Administrator

Office Angels Livingston are collaborating with our market leading client working for this fast-paced team for maternity cover Entry Level Administrator/Trainee Administrator on a 9-month contract basis initially with a view to becoming permanent depending on performance. The role is perfect for someone who has little to some experience in a similar support role. Based in West Lothian, salary up £18,525 - £20,000 per annum depending on experience. The core hours are Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 4.30pm (40hrs per week).


Role Overview


You will be supporting this small and friendly team with a variety of different tasks and no two days will be the same giving you the ideal environment to grow and learn within this Entry Level Administrator role. You will help support the Showroom Manager and Director in the day to day running of the showroom, providing excellent customer service and administration support, full training will be given but basic knowledge of Word and Excel is preferred.


Duties include:



  • Organising deliveries and installations

  • Carrying out Administration support for the team including Senior Management

  • Meeting and greeting visitors in the showroom

  • General Administration duties

  • Answering phones and enquiries

  • Producing quotations

  • Liaising with head office

  • Supporting the sales team

  • Helping with delivery schedules, installations and compiling reports and summary's


Skills and Experience required:



  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills

  • A friendly and outgoing personality, enjoys going the extra mile

  • Good timekeeper and reliable

  • Eager to learn
