JOB ROLE: ENTRY LEVEL Office Administrator (Major UK Bank)

9:00am - 5:00pm (Hybrid working)



SALARY:
£18,000 - £20,000* DOE + Amazing company benefits!

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:




  • Providing support for the management team

  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority

  • Monitoring and ordering/purchasing stationery and toners

  • Booking international travel and creating itineraries

  • Assisting with diary management and meeting coordination

  • Organising lunches/teas when necessary

  • Answering, screening, and forwarding calls, making presentations and packs

  • Completing expenses, filing, and scanning and acting as the go-to person within the office

  • Opening, sorting, and distributing mail throughout the day

  • Ordering couriers and taxis as necessary and recording details of each transaction for invoice checking

  • Assisting in the organisation and running of events e.g., Christmas party, Summer social etc

  • Supporting exciting marketing activity with exposure to all areas



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:




  • 6 months - 1 year office experience

  • Advances Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint expertise essential)

  • A proactive and ambitious individual with excellent organisational skills and methodical approach to their work

  • A high level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and thorough in the approach to all duties

  • Effective time management and the ability to work well under pressure

  • Highly literate and numerate, with excellent grammar and spelling skills

  • The ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees

  • An effective communicator who can drive execution, foster innovation, and value others

  • Ability to prioritise and work accurately under pressure to tight deadlines
