Key responsibilities:



  • Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of financial records

  • Processing invoices, payments, and expenses

  • Managing petty cash and reconciling financial statements

  • Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures

  • Liaising with clients and colleagues to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks

  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve any accounting queries or discrepancies

  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required


Qualifications and skills required:



  • A passion for accounts and a keen interest in the legal sector

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn

  • A team player who can also work independently when required
