Entry Level Administrator
£18,000-£20,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hornchurch, Essex
Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.30pm
Friday 9am to 5pm

My client, a successful and friendly business based in Hornchurch have a fabulous opportunity available due to expansion. This busy team is looking for an Entry Level Administrator to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

The role includes:

  • Updating information on the company in house system

  • Producing reports using Excel

  • Reviewing and supporting team with new client's specific requirements

  • Cross referencing information with the database

  • Dealing with any data/system-based queries

  • Accurately inputting data

Key stills required:

  • The ability to work quickly and accurately is key to this role as is a good working knowledge of Excel.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with others within the team to help make decisions

  • Confidently querying any anomalies that may arise within your categories

  • Organising the workload according to client priorities
