Now, we're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team and help us achieve our business objectives.
π Job Overview:
As our Team Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting customer and supplier requests, and ensuring timely delivery of pharmaceutical orders. This includes working directly with our clients and suppliers, as well as providing administration and support within our sales and business development efforts.
πΌ Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to our sales team, including data entry, order processing, and customer service.
Assist in the review of supplier invoices and payables.
Manage document printing and filing requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and sales transactions.
Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
Support the team by scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.
Assist with the preparation of proposals, quotations, contracts, and other business documents.
βοΈ Requirements:
1-2 years+ office experience, ideally within administration.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus, but not a necessity.
