Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm



Potential to work on a hybrid basis after fully trained on the role.

My client, a highly respected management consultancy based in Brentwood, is seeking an Entry Level Administrator to join their dynamic team. If you're looking for an excellent opportunity to kickstart your office-based career, this could be the perfect role for you!



Responsibilities:



  • Your daily tasks will include banking cheques and money received, ensuring all entries are accurately posted onto the system, and maintaining the unbanked cheques list.

  • You will be responsible for reconciling banking information, filing documentation online, running payroll, and updating relevant information.

  • As part of your duties, you will also be involved in purchase ledger duties and handling payments received.



What we're looking for:



  • As an Entry Level Administrator, you will need to have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills are essential as you will be dealing with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.



This position is open to candidates with the right attitude and eagerness to learn.
