About The Job:

As the Employee Relations Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting and developing their people-focused initiatives. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Your main responsibilities will include:

🔹 Supporting with 360 People administration, from role design to recruitment, onboarding, and leavers.

🔹 Assisting in maintaining their ISO accreditation.

🔹 Managing day-to-day administration for the Culinera People team.

🔹 Overseeing Safer Recruitment and Right to Work safeguarding processes.

🔹 Maintaining and administering the People and Payroll system.

🔹 Leading TUPE administration and processes.

🔹 Ensuring accurate payroll processing by managing absence information.

🔹 Staying up to date with industry trends and seeking out innovative solutions.

🔹 Providing ER advice, letters, and processes in collaboration with the People Director.

🔹 Proactively managing ER cases and creating training courses for managers.

🔹 Compiling monthly reporting and managing the ER case Log.

🔹 Supporting the application of people policies and processes.

🔹 Planning and delivering team engagement initiatives.

🔹 Ensuring People compliance for right to work, training, and safeguarding.
