The role:


Office based, the successful candidate will have excellent IT and communication skills as the role involves providing live training support to customers in the education sector, via Teams and Zoom video call. Please note, this is not a technical support role, your primary focus will be to pro-actively support and work with existing users of the software.


Duties / Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to existing customers by providing online support and training to customers on the company product

  • Offer telephone and email support, where necessary

  • Booking appointments

  • Hosting webinars

  • Maintain accurate records on our Customer Relationship Management System

  • General administration tasks

  • Provide online support and training to customers (largely primary and secondary schools)

  • Report customer feedback to senior team


Essential Abilities:



  • Ability to be adaptable in order to meet the demands of this developing role.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Proficient in using Teams/Zoom to hold meetings (similar platforms)

  • Excellent ICT skills - Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint

  • GCSE Grade C or higher in Maths and English.

  • A DBS check will be required for this role.


To be successful in this role, previous or current experience of working in education, training or teaching reading, is highly beneficial, as the software you will be providing training on is relevant to the education industry.
