Office Angels have teamed up with a forward thinking, dynamic client who are in the Leisure industry, are looking to recruit a Ecommerce Executive. This role is a busy role and you can work from home and in the office. You will join an established team of individuals who are hardworking, have excellent communication skills as well as enjoying developing within this company and sector.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide service support to multiple areas within the UK & Europe

  • Process a wide variety of calls, identify service problems and initiate appropriate action.

  • Attempt First Call Resolution for all customer calls, utilizing problem solving skills and available resources.

  • E-Commerce Service Executive to service phone calls, inbound emails from consumers & account holders

  • Maximize upsell opportunities on inbound customer service phone calls.

  • Utilize CRM system to record, track and manage all customer interactions.

  • Maintain and enhance customer/consumer relationships by building trust and resolving issues promptly and completely.

  • Actively participate in team atmosphere to achieve department and company goals.

  • Develop full knowledge of infrastructure as it relates to shipping and order processing.

  • Project a positive, helpful attitude while being an active listener to attend to multiple tasks and responsibilities.

  • Utilize effective oral and written communication skills to identify problems and achieve the best solution with internal customers in other Departments (Credit, Shipping, etc).

  • Contribute to team and company success through regular, ongoing training programs as administered by team leads, trainers and Human Resources.

  • Maximize time and effectiveness on the telephone with customers.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Working knowledge in a customer service environment highly desired

  • Ability to demonstrate a superior customer service focus and telephone etiquette

  • Ability to work cooperatively and establish positive cross-functional relationships within the organization

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and listening skills

  • Computer system literacy should include MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, and OMS.

  • Unparalleled organization skills with the ability to conduct several, high priority projects with a keen attention to detail

Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:

  • University degree (or equivalent) in a business-related field preferred

  • Proven track record of success working in a similar role where both customer service and sales is key

  • Successful experience in "team" service setting is mandatory
